Summing video to their whole service is one of the main current focus of Facebook along with virtual reality and… a lot of different things, the company has grown ambitious and hesitant to put more than just fame to their history, since many other companies that follow the common line has now grown further of their initial concepts, it seems like it’s Facebook time to step up the game too.

The audiovisual content requires getting better quality, along with the internet connection of the world… but it is something quite clear and the company is working all the way to offer the best, nevertheless that won’t stop them from thinking about: a designated video tab on Facebook so you can watch original content TV.

Yes, you read successfully right. Facebook wants to offer television content, original series, programs on streaming service, maybe even movies! The success of Netflix and others have raised their interest so the study of the possibility became sweeter and juicer in numbers and many aspects of victory.

For the moment, the company hasn’t pronounced any main details about the structure for such a service in their catalogue, but something is sure. They are not looking for a subscription strategy for this; it will rather turn out to be content that comes thanks to the advertising revenue and other forms of based income.

The streaming deal

For some reason, Facebook still keeps the rally against Snapchat and that might hurt the focus they give to other projects at hand, but that hasn’t stop them just yet to create brand and new ideas to expand themselves.

One of the targets the social media leader wants to search and exploit is the live streaming events such as sports or technology conventions and also live entertainments events that attract people from all corners of earth. That kind of live streaming, like a news media, will give the initial boost Facebook requires to start big rather than little and slow.

Transforming the interface of Facebook or at least add an extension that dedicates fully to video, streaming and tv content, is not an easy task. When you have a success full business then it might not be accountable to mix too many aspects in its diaphragm of sales and services, things might not necessarily turn great.

Of course, although this piece of news is not speculative at all, it is simply something that remains to be seen as plausible for the brand. The way the can hand over this content is crucial, key to people’s connection with it and constancy as users.

That being said, the global database of Facebook’s users being transformed into audiences and spectators, could result in a great piece of competition for the current leaders of world-wide media and entertainment; the goal can be achieved. Let’s wait and see how Facebook catapults to it.
